Teodora Cosic is N2Growth’s Managing Partner in executive search practice in Dubai. She is focusing on senior executive, board, and C-level searches, as well as executive leadership assessments. She is active in the Central Eastern European and Middle Eastern markets, based between Belgrade (RS) and Dubai (UAE). She supports the executive hiring needs for top-tier talent for a wide range of clients, from privately owned businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. Before joining N2Growth, she was the managing partner and key shareholder of a regional boutique executive search firm in Southeast Europe.
Prior to running a boutique executive search firm, she acquired considerable experience in public sector consulting in executing complex technical assistance projects for governmental clients funded by
international financial institutions (European Commission, World Bank/ IFC, EBRD, EIB, KfW, etc.) in emerging and developing economies in Central Eastern Europe, Commonwealth of Independent States, the
Caucasus, Central, and East Asia, Middle East, and Africa.
With her consulting experience that has included a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors, she is able to bring a unique perspective to tackle the most challenging and demanding projects. As a professional in the recruiting business that holds an M.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade, Teodora is a skilled communicator with a holistic and collaborative approach to helping clients achieve desired results and deliver lasting business solutions. She is certified in a variety of assessment HR tools by the Pi Company in the Netherlands under the standards of the European Federation of Psychologists Association, European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology, International Test Committee, and Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen. Her approach is best valued in dealing with change management and complex business transformations.
