Bio: Nicoleta, Head of Business Development for Middle East and Africa Markets, having joined
the 4most Group in 2020. She is responsible for the overall management of strategic development and customer requirements and relationship activities. Prior to this engagement, she worked for Al Etihad Credit Bureau, federal entity regulated by Central Bank of UAE.
Nicoleta has led the Middle East and Africa markets 4most expansion by focusing on regulation and risk management solutions such as: IFRS9, credit decisioning, collection strategies, stress testing, model management standards and guidance and climate change risks within both banking and non-banking environments.
Nicoleta is PMP certified and has a Master’s degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Law. With over 12 years of experience, she has successfully led more than 10 Credit Bureau implementation programs globally. Nicoleta won Entrepreneur of the Year 2022 and Year 2023 at the Women in Credit Awards in London, UK and she received the “Women Leader in Banking Services” award, in June 2023, under the patronage of H.H. Engr. Sheikh Salem Bin Sultan Bin Saqr Al-Qasimi (member of the Government of Ras Al-Khaimah Executive Council), for her on-going efforts in the Middle East
