Hashim is the Product Lead for Growth across Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Google. He is a strategic and results-oriented leader with a passion for helping businesses grow. He has a unique role in the Go-To-Market team, where he works at the intersection of clients’ business models and Google’s product strategy. He is focused on defining and driving the AI ads product growth strategy through enabling customers to maximise their profitable business objective from Google AI.

Hashim has a strong background in tech, having started his career at Meta, where he co-founded the UK Venture Capital Fast Growth Program, accelerating the growth of venture-backed companies. He later joined Microsoft, where he consulted financial businesses on how to maximize their ROI from Microsoft Ads technology.

With a goal to maximise his potential, he has also been on the founding team of a successful Health & Fitness App, and later as an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Antler (early stage venture accelerator).
