Alongside her “side job” as an advisor/consultant, Hajar is the CEO of Circular economy Company LTd and a member of the executive Board on the Kingdom , with over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. With an MBA degree from IMD and a background in Law, Hajar focuses on balancing both the business and human perspectives in her work.

Hajar sits on multiple boards and is a guest lecturer at the American Institute of Applied Sciences in Switzerland and the University of Geneva. She has also been awarded the Business Leader Award for best all-round female in IT in Europe and the Global Influencer Leader Award!
