Maitha is electronics engineer by profession and a youth leader by passion and founder of Be You.
She is currently working as Scrum Master at one of the largest banks within the UAE region. Maitha has a true passion to host and speak at public events.

Her goal is to be an example of what a young vibrant emirate woman can achieve and inspire emirate woman based on her life experiences and lessons learnt.

She was awarded twice as youth leadership excellence in 2022, top 50 global inspirational women to look out for in 2023, top 50 leaders to look out in 2023 and Most influential women in 2023.
