I am a scholar, a programme director and an experienced research-oriented senior corporate learning and development consultant. I have dedicated my career to research, teaching, consultancy and mentoring the next generation of scholars and business leaders. I am proud to be a champion for embedding employability in higher education curricula and I work actively on bridging the gaps between academia and current labour market/industry demands.

I teach a wide range of modules, in people and organisational development using my extensive expertise and real-world experiences to enrich a learner focussed learning experience.
Beyond the classroom, I actively participate in academic conferences, symposiums, and workshops, contributing to disseminating knowledge and staying at the forefront of the latest developments in strategic organisational development, e.g., maximising return on investment through intercultural intelligence, organisational performance, and high impact change — human capital development and optimisation, e.g., corporate learning and development and continuous learning and development culture. Also, I am a book reviewer playing a vital role in maintaining the rigour and quality of research and publication in the field.
I am (have been) extensively active as a senior consultant, adviser, and scholar in numerous international organisations, governments, and international award-winning/reputable universities in the United Kingdom and abroad.
My current ongoing consultancy, research and teaching interest is in — emerging technology and its implications on culture (our way of life); risk culture; organisational culture/national culture and human capital and organisational development.
I work successfully on numerous professional, undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive programmes/learners/projects to completion.
