Grace Najjar serves as the Managing Director of PMI’s Middle East/North Africa (MENA) region and leads PMI’s Energy for greater reach and focus globally.
Grace has helped PMI establish strong connections with influential organizations in the region through national and international roles. She was a long-time volunteer — notably as founding member of the PMI Lebanon Chapter, Chapter Vice President and PMI Middle East Region Mentor. Most recently, Grace supported PMI as the head of the Corporate and Government Relations in the Middle East.
Grace has 27+ years of global experience of national & international advisory and managerial roles within corporations & governments, in strategy execution, results delivery, modernization & digital transformation solutions, managing people, technology and processes, driving alignment with the highest and latest recognized quality standards with focus ESG strategies and UN SDG Goals and the internationally funded programs (with European commission, world bank, GIZ and others) across countries in the MENA region.
As the Managing Director of PMI’s Middle East/North Africa (MENA) region Grace continues to lead its mission that of unlocking the potential of the region, building capabilities and upskilling the people, secure jobs, bridge sustainability and generate new opportunities to empower people and the planet and turn words into actions.
She founded her own firm, Align Management Solutions, in 2010. She is also a professor at business schools and engineering faculties in Beirut and Europe. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, and a Master’s degree in Network & Telecommunications from the Télécom ParisTech. Grace is a certified PMP, PgMP and DASM, as well as a graduate of the 2013 PMI Leadership Institute Master Class.
