specialist social media agency. Founded in 2010, she built Socialize into an early leader in the space, with specialist talent from around the world, an integrated offering across creative, media, tech and developing proprietary tools like Front Row – a first-of-its-kind directory for Arab influencers. This first mover advantage was a catalyst for the agency’s growth, making it one of the largest independent agencies in the region. In 2018, Akanksha joined forces with global socially-led creative agency network, We Are Social, following their acquisition of a majority stake in the business.
